We have made this page to make it easy to return all or part of an order to us. Please follow the steps below and ensure that you meet the criteria for returning an order to us:
You may return a product to us for a replacement or refund if:
1. The products are new, unused and in their original unopened packaging
2. The products are faulty upon receipt
3. The products have developed a fault within 1 year of buying
Step 1: Find your order
So that we can save you the hassle of explaining what you bought, please enter your order number and we'll look up the details. You can find this on your original receipt which came with the order or on the confirmation email. If you have lost it then you can login to your account.
Step 2: Contact us on email@example.com with your order number and we'll send you a returns form, pronto!
